ERP Implementation

Companies who intend to carry out successful ERP implementation must possess 4 (four) key mandatory elements: top management support, people readiness to change, time commitment and qualified implementers.

We run ERP projects with the following general stages:

  • Plan/Preparation: project schedule, human resources allocation, consultants’ transportation and accommodation are arranged and confirmed; and project kick-off is initiated.
  • Business Blueprint: customers’ current business practice and requirements are evaluated and mapped for future processes. All business workflows and software configuration and setup are documented in a blueprint.
  • Realization: software is configured and setup according to blueprint, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) are performed, and data are prepared by customers for upload.
  • Final Preparation: user training is conducted, pilot process is carried out, prepared final data are assured and uploaded, cutover date is executed.
  • Go Live & Support: real data are entered by users to the system, support is performed to assist users in troubleshooting issues, and system handover to customer is accomplished.

Business Analytics Implementation

Nowadays companies have larger necessities to evaluate and analyze the operational data for strategic and operational decision-making. The right analysis will put company position ahead of other competitors.

Our business analytics implementation consist of the following phases:

  • Plan/Preparation: project schedule, human resources allocation, consultants’ transportation and accommodation are arranged and confirmed; and project kick-off is initiated.
  • Analysis & Design: detail requirements and need of customer are explored through interview and analysis of existing documents and reports. Data analysis and cleansing study is finalized, dashboard and report design is built and technical design is created.
  • Development: technical work (such as data warehouse, data mart, meta data, ETL) is developed and documented; software is setup and configured; system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) are performed.

Deployment: user training is conducted, business analytics system Go Live and support is performed to assist users in troubleshooting issues, and system handover to customer is accomplished.

Maintenance and Support

Excellent after-sales support is compulsory in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. All of our services are furnished with optional maintenance support agreement with different levels (on-site and remote) and continuous assistance. Our support covers support of our developed software (Add-Ons), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence/Analytics.

Ad-Hoc Enhancement and Request

Upon implementation of ERP or Business Analytics, customers usually demand continuous improvements. Once the foundation is established, there are many rooms for improvement. Such enhancement requests may include:

  • Training for new recruits;
  • Additional customization (add-ons), business analytics, forms and reports;
  • Software upgrade to new versions;

  • Interface development to other systems;
  • Post-implementation review.
