Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Traditional or Software as a Service (SaaS)

We have solutions either On-Premise (traditional) enterprise system or SaaS (Software as a Service) model for customers. With traditional approach, customer will have its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system resided on their own premise (usually the server is located in headquarter). By having the On-Premise model, the customer will purchase the software as a package, have full control of the system’s database, security, hardware and must maintain the system during the period of use.

With the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, the solution will be deployed over the Internet. License will be provided as application to customers for use as a service on demand through a time subscription model. Also known as “software on demand,” the software will be hosted, enhanced and operated for our customer use. Rather than purchase the hardware and software to run an application, our customers only need to provide a computer (workstation/client) and Internet access to run the application. The software can be licensed for unlimited users. This approach has several benefits for customers including cost saving (no need to purchase servers or provide infrastructure and free maintenance), monthly obligation rather than up front capital cost, flexibility, scalability, and practicality.

Our ERP system has modules that can meet your specific needs. The following is the list of modules that are available in our ERP packages which can meet your industry needs:

  • Financial Accounting. At the heart of every ERP system is the finance and accounting. It has basic modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budget, Fixed Assets complete with its payment/banking feature. Within the accounting/financial modules, we can create dimensions/segments in the chart of accounts and financial reporting such as balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement is readily available.
  • Logistics/Distribution. The logistics/distribution feature begins from the procurement department with a purchase of materials for production process or finished goods for distribution to the customers. It also consists of a customer order (sales) and ends with a payment for the purchase. All of these processes will involve inventory management (issues, receipt, movements) within the warehouses. Everything that happens between the beginning and the end should be driven by the single goal of adding value to the inputs and making it closer to what the end customer requires. With the available features, companies are able to deliver the products and services to market faster, cheaper and with better quality, gaining a compelling business advantage over their less efficient competitors.
  • Manufacturing. Those companies in manufacturing business will need to plan, control and execute production activities. Our system can support production process by providing features including bills-of-materials (BoM), routings, workcenters, and shop floor systems. The production module is also equipped with Master Production Schedule (MPS) for schedule planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for purchasing plan or work order plan taking into account lead times, stock levels, forecasting, and purchase-in-transit to meet customer orders.
  • Service. Excellent after-sales support will be an essential area to increase customer satisfaction and purchase of the product. It will be the profit center for the company. Our system can provide the tool to manage service delivery, generate additional revenue and control the costs. Customer can come in to the service center with their warranty card or service contract and get suitable support and service according to the needs. Customers can also get on-site support depending on the contract. For level-entry service advisor, knowledge management from the system is also available to guide them.
  • Project Management/Job Costing. This module is beneficial for preparing estimates and quotations, tracking labor, materials, purchases and resource usage against jobs, projects and contracts. Project managers are provided with real time detailed cost information to monitor project performance. At the heart of this integrated solution is the ability for project activity managed throughout the system to be linked back to a particular project, whether from a service, contract, sales, credit, work or purchase order. This embedded integration provides visibility that results in an accurate view of project status, improved cash-flow allowing you to manage your customer's expectations more accurately. Some of the industries sweet spot that can benefit from this feature include: equipment services, professional services, contractors, and manufacturers with make-to-order scheme.
